Moddify Studio prices configured products inside Shopify itself. A Cart Transform function recomputes every configured cart line from your published customizer, so a buyer cannot edit the price in the browser and your product list stays clean.
No hidden price variants
Some configurators create a hidden variant for every price point a design can reach. Moddify Studio does not. The base product keeps its real variants, and the function sets the line price at checkout from the answers stored on the cart line.
Shopify Plus: one line at the exact price
On Shopify Plus the function updates the configured line in place: one cart line, the computed price, the product title buyers expect. Your order exports and ERP see a single sales row with the production codes attached.
Every other plan: a bundle of real parts
On other Shopify plans the line expands into the base variant plus one component for every priced part that is linked to a Shopify variant. Each part keeps its own SKU and stock. Parts without a linked variant roll into the base price.
Checked again after the order
When an order comes in, the backend prices each design again from the version it was made with. If anything does not match, the order gets a cm-price-mismatch tag so you can look before fulfilling.
