When Moddify Studio fits
Your products are built to order from parts, colors and add-ons; you want a 2D layered preview, the price enforced inside Shopify checkout, production codes on every order, and a monthly bill that does not grow with your sales.
When something else fits better
If buyers need to spin a 3D model or place it in their room with AR, a 3D configurator is the better tool. If you sell outside Shopify, look for a configurator that supports your platform. If a product only needs a few text fields or checkboxes with no picture, a product options app is simpler.
