Your own systems get the full design
Workshops often run their own production tools, inventory software or ERP next to Shopify. Moddify Studio exposes everything it knows about a configured order so those systems do not have to scrape order notes.
REST API
Read customized orders with cursor paging and an ordered-after filter, fetch a single order or design, and read the published definition of any customizer: steps, questions, answers, codes and rules. Every design comes with its summary, production data, price lines and stable image URLs.
Tokens per shop
Create and revoke API tokens in the app settings. Each token belongs to one shop and only sees that shop's data. Requests are rate limited per token.
Signed webhooks
Webhooks for design.ordered and order.cancelled, signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried for up to a day, so your production system hears about an order the moment it lands instead of polling. Every delivery is logged in the admin and can be resent.
Shopify-native data too
Everything important is also on the Shopify order: tags from order rules, the moddify.designs metafield and the line item properties. Shopify Flow and any app that reads orders can use them without our API.
